Mission & Vision

Our Mission is to provide the public with support in sharing their stories about issues of concern. It is the public’s voice that is the most important aspect to us, and as online independent media reporters, photographers, and journalists it is the content of the words that we value most. It is the voice of the people that gives the beauty in the reports. Our Vision is to ensure that the voice of the people remains alive and gets heard, and does not get lost in mainstream media. Today’s technology provides ample solutions to the voices that need to be heard; we provide equal access to information without discrimination or political agendas. We feel that this format, streaming live from Copenhagen via the net, will offer the local and international communities an inside look into the real voices from Copenhagen. It is an opportunity to share, create dialog and to promote positive intercultural communication and change. Everyone can participate - exchanging and sharing of information that will contribute to the truths underlying the peoples’ voice. Everyone has a story and many of these stories can help promote health, well-being and understanding in our societies. What we know, what we don’t know, what we think we know - all can be influenced by what we see, think, feel, and hear. That is why The Copenhagen Voice is a voice created by you and for you.
